50 days have past now since I started the 5AM challenge, and I can officially say that I am already mastering this. Waking up at 5AM is normal to me now, and I wake up before the alarm goes off. I might be tired in some of the mornings, if I didn’t go to bed early enough, or if the kids woke me up too many times during the night, but it is already more difficult not to wake up at 5AM than to wake up. During the weekends I sleep in, and I wake up around 6- 6:30AM, and then I have a bit of a headache, so definitely my body and mind is set for 5AM.
